The Grammy Award winning group's founder and leader Bobby Harris has recruited alvin to join the Dazz as their new bassist. alvin will perform vocal duties as well. His debut performance with the band was at the OC FunkFest in Irvine CA on September 5th in which they shared the stage with Rose Royce, Slave, Sugarhill Gang, One Way and Zapp to name a few. Growing up on the music of Dazz Band, alvin considers this a dream come true to be a part of this legendary group. The artist says that this will not effect his solo career and is looking forward to the upcoming release of his new album "RIVER".
